Can we say Lucky 7/7/07??!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Harley and I got married on July 7, 2007 at Montellego Village on Lake Las Vegas. It was such a neat experience getting married on such a unique day. Walking through the airports, carrying my wedding dress, I’d see many other brides with their dresses too! We’ just pass by and tell each other “Congratulations”! It was pretty cool. They said there were over 3,500 brides that got married in Vegas on that date. Wow, way to go down in history!
We had 12 family and friends there with us! Harley’s cousin, Amber, totally spoiled me. She gave me a Tiffany bracelet! Never in my life did I think I’d own something from Tiffany’s!!!
It was about 114 degrees, but totally worth it! Harley was such a good sport. Poor guy had sweat dripping off of him, but he was great! After pictures, we went back to Planet Hollywood and had our reception. We had a blast! I sooo did NOT want to change out of my wedding dress, it was just too pretty. I actually felt like a princess that day!! The guy who did my hair made it look just like the picture I gave him. I was very happy with it. We had such a great weekend!!

2007 was an incredible year for me!! My parents and little brother finally moved to Idaho, which was a long time waiting!! I have never felt so thankful and blessed to have us all together again.
Plus, I got married to a wonderful guy, and we traveled to Alaska. Then we went to Hawaii for our Honeymoon. We went snorkeling, an ATV ride, and had a lot of fun at a Luau. The sunsets there were so amazing. On our last night, we went to dinner and I finally found someone to make us Mai Tai’s out of an actual Pineapple. I was sooo excited!!
What more can a girl ask for?

2008 started out great! I got the opportunity to be in a Harley Davidson calendar. And I am having a blast with it. I’m Mrs. June!! We did some calendar signings, and I actually sold the first poster! I was way surprised, but way happy! The photo shoot was my favorite. Never thought I’d have this fun opportunity!!!

My dad got a great job on the Alaska pipeline with Harley. That is a huge blessing for my family. Now Harley and my dad can have their “bonding” time out on the river, fishing. Those two are pretty funny when it comes to fishing. When we get to the river, it’s like 2 boys in a candy store! My brother is really starting to enjoy it more to. All three of them got lots of fishing gear for Christmas! As for my mom and I, when the guys are busy working for 2 weeks in Alaska, my mom and I can be gym buddies. I’ve got big plans for her and I to have girl time!
I sure hope 2008 brings more blessings!
